We use text messages for one-to-one communication with existing clients and loan applicants who have contacted us by text or have agreed to receive texts from us. Messages may answer your questions, schedule calls or appointments, remind you to finish an application or send a requested document, and give general updates on your loan. We do not send marketing blasts or messages from purchased or third-party lists.

How you agree.

You agree to receive texts from Spring Home by texting us first at (732) 908-8040, by telling a Spring Home team member by phone that you agree to receive texts, or by providing your phone number on our website contact form with the SMS notice shown under it.

Message frequency and costs.

Message frequency varies with your open request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help.

Privacy.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other sensitive information by text. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
