Our commitment.
Spring Home Company Incorporated is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We're actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and to adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
Conformance status.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological differences — and more user-friendly for everyone. Meeting WCAG 2.1 AA is an ongoing effort, and there may be portions of the site that are not yet fully compliant.
What we're doing.
- Building with semantic HTML and clear heading structure so screen readers can navigate the site.
- Providing alt text on meaningful images and labels on form fields.
- Designing color combinations that meet contrast requirements for body copy and UI.
- Ensuring keyboard access to interactive elements and visible focus indicators.
- Reviewing new pages and components for accessibility before we ship them.
Compatibility.
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and common assistive technologies including screen readers on both desktop and mobile. If you use an older browser or a niche assistive tool and something doesn't work as expected, please let us know.
Third-party content.
Some tools we rely on — the client portal, embedded rate feeds, analytics — are provided by third parties whose accessibility we don't directly control. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind and will help you complete any process by phone, email, or in person if a third-party tool is a barrier.
